Athletic Sign Up's

Athletic Registration

  • Sign up for every sport you intend to play.
  • Home school Families: Sign up for one sport at a time, you can pay the athletic fee at the end of the form.
  • CCS Families: Enter the information and click "proceed to checkout", from there you can exit the form. Do not pay.
  • *New Rule: You must be 5 years old by Aug. 1st to play U6 Soccer. I will be putting together a K4 in house league so our 4 year olds can still play. If this is you, register for K4 Soccer.
